I’m counting down the days to the official launch of Drive-By Stories. I missed posting yesterday. The last couple weeks I’ve been working longer hours with fewer breaks (not a great combination). It’s left me worn out. Which has also meant getting up late. My normal routines have been a bit shot lately.
Did you know that library work could be stressful?
As much as I enjoy library work and find some of the projects I’m working on interesting, the biggest problem is very ordinary. Not enough time to tackle all of it! The same thing is true when it comes to my creative work outside of the library. It’s difficult to focus and be creative when you’re exhausted. I get home, eat, and then just want to sleep!
I don’t have to get everything done before the official launch, but there are a few things I’d like to finish.
- New cover art. I’ve been toying with ideas, we’ll see if I pull something off or not.
- More stories. I want to get some of the stories I’ve dictated ready to go.
- Recordings. I want to select which recordings to use for the launch.
- Video. I’d like to get the Patreon video edited and posted.
That’s where I’m at right now. Another long day today, so we’ll see!
